In an effort to quickly be able to develop and maintain a basic web page template for each StudyIllinois member institution, we provide the following form. As you complete the information and submit it, the link to your institution from our "List of Member Colleges and Universities" will change from your institutional main page to a StudyIllinois member template page. The template page for each member will have the StudyIllinois logo and same format as all other members, with the content provided by your answers to the following questions.

As you complete the information in each blank, simply use your TAB key to advance to the next blank.

Please Provide Images

Please provide a copy of your institutional logo for your template page, and Study Illinois Print documents. We ask for 300 dpi so that it can be used in print as well as on line in Study Illinois materials. Please submit with photographic images on a CD.

Please provide up to 10 photographs of your campus and/or region. Individual photos will be used on your institution's Study Illinois webpage as well as in Study Illinois Print documents. We ask for 300 dpi so that they can be used in print. if you have a favorite - please let me know!
